Eleonora Cristin

Eleonora is an accomplished Italian film director and editor, currently based in London. Her journey into the world of video and film was a natural progression following a background in advertising and a deep-rooted passion for photography.

With an innate fascination for storytelling, she discovered in this medium the ideal canvas to unleash her creativity and breathe life into worlds that existed only in her imagination. The dynamic nature of moving images provided her with the perfect platform to merge her interests in fashion aesthetics and anthropology and to sculpt narratives inspired by personal experiences, current events, human rights issues, and even her own dreams.

Between 2019 and 2023, Eleonora occupied the role of Video Lead at two prominent fashion publications: Harper's Bazaar and ELLE UK. At this juncture in her career, she has transitioned back into the realm of freelance work, collaborating with a diverse range of prestigious firms, including Christian Dior, Burberry, and Netflix.

Eleonora's previous personal works, such as "Spit it Out / A Sparkle Uprising" and "Le Beau Monde," had garnered global recognition at various Fashion and Short Film Festivals. Her ultimate objective had been an ongoing refinement of her directorial skills, enabling her to bring fresh, socially relevant narratives to the screen that provoked emotions and sparked contemplation in her audiences.

At the present point in her career, Eleonora currently pursuing a Master's degree in Visual Anthropology at Goldsmiths, University of London, to further explore the world of documentary filmmaking to broaden her horizons and allow her to delve deeper into the realms of anthropology and visual storytelling.
